Start with one for a light, social buzz. Two is great for bigger nights out, and three is for festivals, concerts, or when you’re settling in for a longer night. We do not recommend consuming more than four in a 24-hour period.

We don’t recommend using Social Formula if you’re taking SSRIs or other prescription medications unless your healthcare provider says it’s okay. Kanna may interact with serotonin pathways, and everyone’s body is different, so this is one of those “ask your doctor first” moments.

First time trying something with Kanna, and this drink is exactly what it says. I definitely felt a fun little buzz but it's not intoxicating like THC or alcohol. Also, it tastes REALLY good. Absolutely worth trying. At this point it's a regular part of our pregame

not having really known what to expect with kanna... I was blown away. You feel so good, you don't even realize you... feel good. No thought behind it, just an elevated mood that I forgot I could have attributed to the social formula! but after having the same feeling, on multiple occasions, it is no doubt a mood enhancer, while tasting incredible (guava basil rocks), and feeling happy! I've been incorporating in some mocktails as well, using this as the type of 'spritz' component, and I can certainly attest that it's something special. gotta try!

Really enjoy the Social Formula for an uplift after work and getting together with people. Perfect name because it definitely makes me open up more in a social setting. It also falls away easy with no downside. Sleep just fine even if I have had one later in the evening.
Cool upside, it helps me push through activities like a good hike, pickleball, and working out in general. Not a rush or a pump, just the desire to go hard at it for the fun of it.
